Explaining each other’s jobs: Transformation Consultants Dustin & Dalil

Meet Dustin Nguyen, an Agile Transformation consultant at a financial services company specialised in the settlement of securities transactions and Dalil Djinnit, an Onboarding Manager for a financial messaging network.

Since both of them are part of Projective Group’s Transformation practice, we sat them down and asked them to explain each other’s job. Spoiler alert: They both do more than eating, writing ridiculously long e-mails and making fancy slides all day.
