The EOY (End Of Year) offsite: A Projective Group tradition we’re extremely proud of. Every year, we invite our entire team to join us on a 3-day trip to a secret location.
Last December, we flew to Riga, Latvia with the following to-do list:
- Look back on a fantastic year
- Celebrate our shared success
- Strategise for the years to come
- Collect relief supplies for (Ukrainian) refugees
- Race down a bobsleigh track
- Enjoy fantastic food
- Connect with each other
- Volunteer for a local shelter animal charity
- Throw an epic party
